Ongoing gardening work

We have just bought a semi rural property that needs a big tidy up now and will need ongoing maintenance. Initially the work is scrub cutting, weeding and garden waste management. But there is lots to do here and I would like to find someone or some company who can come do work here for a few days as soon as possible and then monthly for the next year or two. I plan a large landscaping project (installing lots of native trees) so there is basicaly as much work here as anyone wants. Right now I could use both the services of a landscaping professional and any amount of unskilled workers to do a large amount of weeding.
