Front & Back Lawn & General Tidy Up

I currently have a property in Edgeware which needs a general tidy up of the front and back lawns areas - mowing, clipping etc, and down the side of the house which has some ivy - needs a whipper snipper. The property is currently vacant so access is not an issue and I can provide specific details about what I am after to assist with the quote. A site visit will be required to estimate the cost of the job (location details will be provided on request) and I would prefer that the task is completed sooner rather than later. Ongoing maintenance of the garden may also be required which we can discuss once the initial job is complete. As I am not onsite, photos before and after the job will need to be provided by the successful trades-person along with details of the work to be undertaken.
