Lawn Mowing Service Required for Rental Property

I have a rental property that requires regular lawn mowing. The lawn area is approximately 100 square metres in the backyard, plus a small section on the street kerb. Ideally, I’d like the lawn mowed about once a month during summer, and less frequently in winter. I would appreciate being notified before each visit, and receiving a few photos once the job is completed. Please let me know if you can provide a free quote.
