Citrus Orchard tidy up and possible disease treatment

I have a small citrus orchard at our property in Pigeon Bay - maybe 30 or so trees. It's not in the best shape - it needs pruning, spraying, fertilising, and there is possibly a disease running through it. Leaves are falling off the trees, some have died, and others have the black soot mite on the leaves. Might require a few days of work or repeat visits - open to suggestions
