Clean and replace with new Plants

Hello I have added photos; the front section below the window of my house is ugly; I'd love to have this entire area cleaned up with new plants (Evergreen) tall to make this space better. Looking for someone who cares and has a creative mind. Cheers

The communication and knowledge is excellent. He had a a deep understanding of plants and creative recommendations. 10/10 Cost was $200 over what I was expecting and some of the plants were not dug deep enough, so extra work was needed by myself. I would still use him again. Excellent. Added before and after photos
