Lawns contract - and garden maintenance

I manage a large residential apartment complex in Mt Wellington and our current gardener/lawns man is retiring. We need to have the lawns mowed approx. 26 times per year ie every two weeks. some time less during winter when growth is less. the lawns are irrigated so summer the lawns still need mowing. the outdoor carparking area will also need to be blown of leaves at the same time. Preferrable we want any lawn clippings taken off site. We do have green waste bins that are emptied month and you'd have to drag them out each month. see the below link for photos and if you have interest you can come and view the site.
