Garden Clean UP Plus
Job description
The garden is overgrown and needs to be trimmed back. There is jasmine growing up the side of the house and into the gutters that needs removing. The jasmine vines are spreading under the house and need removing. Some bushes are leaning up against the house and need trimming. There are fejoia trees that need trimming. The small deck and path need cleaning or painting with mould cleaner as they are slippery with mould. Other general garden tidying as advised. This is a rental property. The tenants would appreciate action on this as soon as possible due to the slippery path. As owner I would appreciate action soon as Jasmine will get into the roof.

Matt did a great job in every aspect. Firstly he responded to the job opportunity quickly and was able to get to check out the house and garden the next day. I had a quote that afternoon. We spoke on the phone later that same afternoon and I clarified what was important to me in relation to cleaning up the yard. He confirmed that he understood and so I accepted his quote. Matt was able to get to the garden cleaned up two days later and the whole job was completed within 5 days. Marvellous!
