Thorough Garden Tidy up and make over needed

Hi We have a small garden in the backyard and a smaller green space in the front yard. Both are overgrown with a lot of weed and unwanted plants. The backyard garden - grass patch needs a complete removal and new grass. So basically I need a thorough tidy up removing all unwanted weed and plant and a make over of these small gardens.
