Remove 2 Plants (possible replanting)

I have 2 Cycads that need removing and disposing of / rehoming, plus a tidy of any remaining mess. Unfortunately I am injured and unable to lift anything so on it goes. Both are medium sized and against a retaining wall so pretty good access and close to driveway... Just a few steps to get there. Timing... The sooner the better. If you have ideas and options of plants to replace these with and can do so, then even better.
