We are looking at getting our tenanted property mowed once weekly in high growth periods, and every two weeks when growth slows down. Ours is a big property - about 800 square metres of which is in grass. It doesn't need catching - mulching is fine. A rideon would be fine for much of it. It is in three sections - a medium sized front yard, a small fenced middle area and a large back yard of about 400 square metres. Doesn't need regular edging by weedeater - once every couple of months would be fine. Can be viewed from Google earth, although much of the visible bushes have been removed to make it simple.

Leni was so quick to respond and came out to quote the next day. He did an amazing job, was very quick and thorough and weedeated the edges. Very tidy and pleasant worker. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed their lawns and edges maintained, and would call him in the future as someone who is as hard a worker as he is should be rewarded with more work.
