Large Camellia hedge needs help

We've bought a house with a beautiful camellia hedge that has been poorly maintained and is full of ivy plus another tree - maybe a privet? We need advice and help to re-vamp this rather dreadful hedge and get it back to its former glory. Part of the hedge may be dying (??) so we need a professional who knows about plants and can give us good advice plus help us remove the ivy.
