Repair rust spots on garage door

Painter started prepping garage door for a new lick of paint. When he started to treat the rust spots is appeared that the rust has penetrate deeper than expected resulting in holes forming. He didn't go further and applied rust arrest to the spots in the meantime. In the pics I have provided some measurements of the size of the spots. The rust spots are situated at the base of the door on either end. Can you please provide a quote to fix the rust spots, how long it will take, and when the work can be done. Many thanks.
