Repairs required to the metal arm that is attached to the top centre of the door and pulls the door up. It looks like the cable in the winding wheel on the right hand side has sprung loose and jammed the door (also popping the roller in the top left hand side off). Instead of the fail safe cutting in, the door has continued to pull and has ripped through the screws in the metal plate holding the pulling arm to the top of the door and then torn off the aluminum at the top of the door frame. See photos attached: - Photo 1 highlights the damage to the top of the door where the plate that attaches to the pulling arm has torn away from the door. - Photo 2 shows the pulling arm with the metal plate that was attached to the door and a piece of the door that has been torn off. - Photo 3 shows the winding mechanism on the right has side which has sprung loose.
