Garage maintenance - door and odd jobs

- New side door and frame (the current frame has been damaged by water and gets stuck after heavy rain) - Tidy up overhead storage and install a pull down ladder to access this storage - Remove a couple of old shelves and install a new shelf with hooks where we can hang garden tools - Install a shelving rack (easy to assemble one from mitre 10 or bunnings - we will source this) - Fix a crack in the back wall - Remove some rubbish and items (eg blind, brass hook, old shelving etc) Keen for this to be completed in September.
