Garage leak
Job description
We're looking for someone to fix a leak which occurs under the garage door - the rain sometimes seeps under the door and rots the plywood floor inside. It appears to happen at both corners, and sometimes in middle of door. See images taken soon after heavy rain, which shows water ingress at corner and middle of garage entrance. We had a house inspection report which stated the following: "There is poor ground clearance around the garage door opening and cladding junctions which is causing minor moisture ingress to either side of the lower garage door area which will need attention." "the rubber seals to the lower garage door does need upgrading." It also looks like the metal lip at bottom of garage entrance slopes inwards in one of the corner, which would cause water to pool in that corner against the door when it rains.
