Electric Garage door needs service

Hi there I have a double garage door powered by a B&D control-a-door garage door opener. I am looking for a handyman experienced in garage door openers to get this thing going again. It's been idle for 4-5 years after some of the gears deteriorated. The gears have been replaced but it now needs a thorough look at/tune/lube etc! I am hoping to spend max 3 hours labour on it @ $90/hr to an experienced person to get it going again. I have new remotes which need tuning to it (compatable). After that I guess I'll need to replace it but I am hoping to try and salvage it first!
