Fix Door

Ref: AHI Garage Door ( now B&D Doors) fitted with a TILT-A-MATIC TRV-300 Electronic Door Operator. Chain drive recently detached itself and on reinstatement required adjustment to operate correctly.The 'remote' now has a limited and inadequate range and will not operate the door from any distance.Further adjustment using the sensitivity switch and upper and lower limit switches either prevents the door opening with either the remote or manual pushbutton or returns to an unacceptable/ unusable operating regime.A relay can be heard 'clicking'' but not operating the motor. Probably requires a replacement motor.
