Urgent garage door fix needed please - broken spring

The spring from the left hand side of our garage door has snapped and fallen off (see photos) and we don’t think we can open the door - we are reluctant to try in case it makes things worse or we can’t close it again. Urgently seeking someone to come out and replace the spring and get door working again. We are in Rolleston near New World. Please note that at time of writing we have texted two providers found via google but have not yet had a reply.
