Garage door not opening – rail rubber misaligned, urgent repair

My automatic garage door is not opening. The rubber strip in the rail/track looks misaligned and is sticking out, and the door will not move when using the remote or wall button. The motor has power but the door seems to be jamming on the track. I need someone to inspect, realign or replace the rubber/track and get the door operating again as soon as possible. Fit new customer supplied motor to existing Roller door. Make door functional. I think springs need attention and alignment of door in the tracks. Fit new motor. Door size approx 3mx3m. A power plug is next to the door. It doesn't lift easily now manually. Not sure if that is nonfunctioning springs springs or fitment in tracks.
