We have a double garage with a sectional colour steel door. The door has been opening on its own when no-one is home. The door is probably over 20 yrs old. I have had it looked at in the past but the problem persists. Maybe the best answer is to replace the drive unit. We are going away 26th March so require it to be replaced before this.
