Garage door, put in a door

What we are after is a front door to be cut out of existing garage door. I will include photos. We need another exit/entry point legally for house. I'm not sure if our existing door can have a cut out in it. Or do we need to buy a door with doorway already in it. Quotes, advice needed. I can't get to my ph during my working day so will respond during breaks or after work. Date for job end of Jan, beginning of Feb.
