Garage door repair.

Hi, my garage door has two problems. Only one is important. The door isn't closing. It goes to the bottom then jumps back up. I've disconnected and closed it up. I do need to get that sorted. The second problem I can live with, but if you're coming I may as well get both done. That issue is that when it opens it doesn't fully open. My current car is low enough to get in even with it not fully up. We are in Devonport. I'm hoping to get it fixed this week because I am working from home. I'm starting a new contract next week and won't be home for at least three days that week. I presume it will be done on an hourly rate so I haven't included an expected cost below.
