Roller section not connected to door

I think photos will explain it better. We have a tilt garage door (I think) where you lift it and the door is attached to rollers on each side to move door up.
One side, the roller part has come off the door section. The screws and welding have all come apart. Just trying to see if this is fixable without r placing whole door.
