Noisy Door
Job description
I have an automatic garage door. Driven by Powerlift and operated by Merlin remote control. It used to just hum while operating. For some time now, it has started groaning at about half way position. Have lubricated the chain and rollers but the noise has not stopped.

Amrit responded to my posting in a couple of hours. We decided he'd come the next morning to assess the job. I learnt it would take just a few minutes of lubrication, tightening up and adjusting settings. He had the time and I had the inclination. All done in about 15 minutes. The cost was one-fourth of what I had incurred a few years ago. Bonus: we chatted while he worked - I discovered the young man was quite well-informed, freely shared his expertise, and was curious to learn too.
