Garage door motor repair

Hi, our garage is not opening anymore from either of the two remotes or from the wall switch. It has lights on the motor but looks like there is some kind of battery issue. When we last opened the garage ( about a week ago) it sounded like a battery is dying or something as it made a strange sound and stopped halfway while opening and since then it doesn't open or close with remotes or wall switch. Can someone please take a look and possibly fix it.
