Garage door - install electric opener, and general maintenance

Hi, I have an old manual tilt open garage door (single car door). I would like it to have an electric opener installed (including remotes). The door and tracks may need some maintenance as well (I'm not sure though), the handle/lock is coming loose and jamming, the door itself comes down on a slight angle sometimes and gets jammed. Keen to get a quote for this work, I'm available for a sight visit this week or next, flexible with time, but preference for late afternoon. Thanks, James.
