Garage door upgrade

We have two manual tilt garage doors which have key locks with no key. One can be opened from the inside, though the mechanism is clumsy and stiff. The other has a snapped cable so won't open at all. We are interested in a quote to replace the locks and opening mechanism AND also a quote to add automatic openers as an alternative solution.
