Garage door rebuild, rehang door

1970's flat has south facing block of garage doors of which I own one. The whole front needs replacing and the tilt-a-door rehung. Timeframe preferably asap. Tenants will co-operate with emptying garage as there will be no security for perhaps a night or two. Outside material presently hardiplank and timber.
