My remote for the garage door stopped working about 12 months ago. I have always kept it in the car and it didn't work one day after it was quite hot. Replaced the batteries and tried again, it did work once or twice after that but has not worked since. It is a Merlin Powerlift Model 2500L 1/3 Horsepower.
