Bug and weather seal garage door

We are trying to reduce cobwebs in the garage. There is an uneven gap at the bottom of the door on the concrete and a gap above the door as well. We'd like to get a brush/rubber/foam seal put on the bottom. Whichever works best and will last. I'm not sure of the right solution on top but would like that sealed up for bugs somehow while still allowing the door to open.
