The recliner chair no longer will go down. The remote still works for the chair to go up but now wont go down. I have checked the chords and they are all attached so might be the motor? This is a chair my 90 old father spends his day in and I would love to get this fixed asap. He is located in a retirement village and is hard of hearing so your contact would be myself in all instances
