Dissembling ikea bed frame - urgent

I have an ikea bed frame, that’s been mostly disassembled but there’s some connecting metal pieces that are too tight and will not come undone which means I’m not able to dissemble the frame completely. I am moving on Saturday morning (9th of July) - so this is urgent, but hopefully should be quick with the right tools!
