Furniture repair

We've had some furniture damaged in a move from the UK to NZ earlier this year. Pieces of a chair needs gluing and a couple of knobs on a Welsh dresser need to be reattached/replaced. I'd be grateful for an itemised quotes for repairing each piece of furniture. Separate to the insurance claim, we also have some other small pieces of work - a stand for a wooden giraffe needs to be replaced, small pieces of seating off a bench need to be replaced and fitted and we would also like some storage built down one side of a double garage.
