Cover chairs

I have four reception type chairs in need of repair. The arm rests are ripped and have been patched up. I'm hoping to maybe get them tidied up with a clean even square of fabric (doesn't need to match) applied. I got quotes to re-upholster them for $280-$350 each, a new one would be $90 off Trade Me but I understand the craftsmanship is worthy. Please can you quote either: *full cost of re-covering or *cost to repair/replace the patchwork attempt, only replacing the fabric (don't need to match) on the bit of the armrest that's ripped Kind regards
