Internal window sill repair

Large front lounge window. Interior sill is rotting out, see photos. Unsure how much work is involved so unfortunately I can’t give an expected cost. Evidence of staining on exterior cladding. Suspect this has been an issue for a while although as I’ve only owned the house 18 months or so this wasn’t evident until recently as was hidden underneath paint.
