9 Pce Kauri Dining Suite - Re-varnish/polish plus upholster chairs

We have a much loved 9 Pce Kauri Dining Suite that we would like restoring to new condition. Table is a large 2 leaf expandable table in good working order. We have 8 Kauri chairs, 2 of which are carver chairs. Table and chairs are generally in sound condition and do not require repairing. The chairs basically need stripping down, re-varnish/polishing and re-upholstering. The table has 20 years of daily use so the top needs sanding back heavily to try to remove as many of the little dents as possible then re-varnish/polishing. The legs and frame of the table are in very good condition. We understand fabric pricing can vary depending upon choice, so if you can price the upholstering excluding the cost of the fabric.
