Flooring sinking, assumed some rotting timber issues
Job description
I have a rental property in Aro Valley and there are some issues with the floor sagging in a few areas. There have been some moisture issue overs the years so assuming some rotting timber may be causing the issues. The house is empty until the end of August so hoping to get someone in fairly soon to have a look and remediate. There a few photos attached although not overly helpful.

Stephen did an excellent job. He was quick to check out the job and very transparent about how best to approach it, taking into account what I was trying to achieve. There was excellent communication and he turned up on the exact date he said he would. I would definitely recommend him.
