There are some un-level areas in my house, need a qualified and experienced repiler to jack and pack some piles (6 from my thought, can be more if you believe so from your experience), and some spots along the concrete foundation. Also there are 2 cracks (one is 1.5cm width, 90cm long, another one is <=1cm width) on the concrete foundation expected to be repaired. The house is on a flat area, the underfloor space is about 55cm to 70cm height.
