Foundation Piling for Tiny House

I bought a prefab tiny house from a manufacturer in Auckland, and it is under construction. The tiny house needs to be placed on a pile foundation on my property. The site plan includes the foundation, deck, and stairs are already completed by an architectural designer and the council has approved this plan. I need a builder to install the pile foundation on my property sometime in December or January. The foundation is an eight timber piles supported foundation. If the builder can do the deck and stairs, that will be great, this part of the work is not as urgent as the foundation which can wait after January or early next year. I have attached a part of the plan here for your reference.
