Single story house. Engineering drawings and construction plan available. Job is to replace existing undermined piles (16). Remove 3 existing piles. Install 2 steel beams. Current subfloor headroom is approx 1.7m. Floor area approx 12 square m, need to excavate a further 300mm to increase headroom to 2.0m. Have consent from council. available for immediate start.
