Foundation restrengthening required. The job is required around foundation columns of a property in Tawa , wellington. The soil around the foundation piles was excavated to build a den/room but it never took place. Please see pictures of the foundation columns/piles to get an idea of job. The space has easy access no scrolling under the floor is required . It's as high as Garage height, entrance through garage shutter. Tradesperson need to be qualified/ registered to do such work along with liability insurance. A visit can be arranged to see the extent of the job first.
