Foundation remediation

Recently had a structural assessment of my foundations and piles following a building inspection report I commissioned in preparation of the sale of my house. Works are required on some piles and foundations; I have a Structural Assessment from the Civil Engineers for reviewing and the requirements. In the report referring to the concrete foundation perimeter wall, this length is approximately 5m in length. The area is very accessible with door access under the house, with full stud height, no crawling. I wish this work to start ASAP
