Rotten weatherboard and fixing small slip to piling

The recent heavy rain caused a small (about 0.5 cm) offset to our front door, most likely caused by a slip to the pilings. Further inspection found that the region just under the front door is rotten (see attached image), so it's likely that water got in. The slippage has also caused a small crack to a weatherboard next to the front door (see further attached images). Given that we want to prevent further damage, we'd like the work done relatively soon. In addition, a previous builder let us down and never finished fixing our back gate. This is a relatively small job but it'd be great if this work could be done too.
