Seeking LBP to install pile ties ASAP (approx 10-20 piles)

I have just purchased this property and need to rectify some issues highlighted in the pre-inspection building report in order to satisfy the insurer. I need written confirmation of rough price and timeframe (2-3 months) by Weds 12 May latest. This would be a great job for an apprentice (but needs signing off by LBP). Details (from two building reports) as follows: - the floor has been repiled with treated timber and concrete piles - many of these piles have no connections to the timber bearers - the work is relatively trivial - ties should be installed to all piles (roughly 10-20) - the shorter piles could be accessed by excavating access trenches between the rows of piles, or via existing cut-outs within the T&G flooring
