add piles or pad the existing piles

I need to get the floors levelled in the next few weeks, house has been repiled in the 70s, some photos attached. the floor is about 60mm off in the lowest point. joists are in good shape and reasonable access to the existing piles to crawl to. there is also the option of making holes in the floor if needed (covering has been removed).
