Lean-to bearer beam

The end bearer beam underneath the lean-to bathroom (circa 1950's) needs to be repaired/replaced due to dry rot from years of unchecked rainwater exposure. The beam runs underneath the back door, with half the beam behind some concrete steps, and some plumbing running below the other half. The surrounding frame should also be inspected to determine if it also requires attention. Access should be relatively simple, but clearance below the house is a bit tight. Looking to have the work done relatively soon if possible. Beam dimensions 1900 * 100 * 70 mm PLEASE NOTE: I took a stab at the expected cost, but honestly do not know.
