Piles and bearer repair

We have recently purchased a house and have discovered a section of bearer has rotted out - seemingly due to ventilation/sealing issues in the area. We are in need of someone to fix this up. The house also has some original piles that may need to be replaced, so would be great to have those inspected at the same time. We would ideally like to get this sorted (at least the bearer issue) in the next 2-3 weeks if possible.

Stephen was very good and knowledgeable, unfortunately mis-assessed where the rotting finished which meant we had to come back to that part and in the mean time we had built a bathroom on top of that area. Otherwise I was very happy with the work.
