Foundations : repiling

We have an over 100 year old home. It was repiled in the 1980s. There is a crack in one of the walls and the floor is a bit shaky in that room. We'd love someone to come and have a look and give us some advice as to what needs doing. The site is tricky as we are up a path, so requires someone with a sense of adventure!
