We have an old house, about 90msq, that we want to try and get relevelled. The floors are uneven, generally sloping down towards the external walls on each side of the house. The house is built close to the ground and there is no subfloor access at present. While the house is old, it does appear to have been at least partially repiled at some point as I can see the cuts in the floorboards in one of the bedrooms. There's no discernible bounce in the boards, just those crooked floors. There's also a front porch and rear extension that have slab floors. We have some flexibility about when this work could be done, including having it done at reasonably short notice. Thanks.

Greg responded promptly to my job request and spent a good amount of time explaining the options when he came round for a site visit. After considering his advice, a opted for a much scaled down project consisting of a new floor and replaced joists for one bedroom. The work was completed ahead of schedule and under estimate by Greg and an employee of his. Communications were good and he did everything he said he would. I 'd definitely consider using Greg again.
