Replace jack studs and base plates and re-level

There are several jack studs and base plates across quarter of the house of that require replacing because of rot. As a result of the rotting the house has dropped approx 60mm across 5m so will also need jacking up. The concrete pile foundations are sound. The house is timber framed with weatherboard cladding. It has a standing height subfloor with great accessibility to the effected areas.
